Upcoming Events

Voyageur Days – July 26th – July 28th

Seasonal Campfire – July 20, 2024

Unattended Vehicles (LOO Addition for 2025)

Campers are welcome to park their cars in the parking lots. However, you cannot leave a vehicle here for an extended period if you are not present. We do not have the parking space to accommodate vehicles left unattended for weeks. Please make alternative arrangements if you plan to be away.

Boat Storage (Beach Area)

Still not completed yet.. trying! I know some of you would like a spot and we hope to have this fixed very soon! Once completed you will now receive a tag with your site number on it that will be screwed to your spot on the boat rack.

Trailer / Boat Storage (Parking Lot) (LOO Addition for 2025)

Extended storage of full size boats in our parking lots is ending August 1st we simply do not have the room for extended parking of full size boats. You may of course bring your boat with you and use it etc but you may not leave it here unattended after August 1st.

Shower upgrades

We hope you have all had a chance to try out the new showerheads, we apologize for the drywall not being repaired yet but we are now in a challenging time of season to complete the process so it looks like it may now have to be pushed till after labour day. 🙁 If there is a break in bookings and we can fit one in we will try.

Grass Reminder

Those of you with new grass will now be required to mow it. If you prefer not to mow it, you can order a mow mow at any time through the seasonal store:

Construction Reminder

As said in previous emails please ensure you are filling out the “Project Request Form” available on the seasonal website. (or obtain a copy from the office) Any Construction or projects of any kind will not be approved without the form being completed. Ensure you are listing all details and materials of your project on the form. This includes, if not clear from earlier emails, digging holes of any kind, planting trees, gardens, screen rooms, sheds, gazebos, decks, etc.

As stated in you LOO:

“ALL SITE MODIFICATIONS / CONSTRUCTION : All site changes including but not limited to, wooden decks, privacy fences, gazebos, patios, fireplaces, etc. or removals of said items must be approved by management in advance and will not be approved during July or August. Any trees or shrubs planted on the Campsite become the property of the Park Owner and shall not be removed by anyone other than the Park Owner from the Campsite. No add-ons, additions or site improvements shall be incorporated without prior written approval of the Owner. If such approval is granted, such add-ons, additions or improvements must be incorporated so as not to impede the expeditious vacating of the Site and removal of the Occupant’s property. All structures must be constructed in a non permanent fashion and must not be permanently affixed to the park or your trailer. Only Vinyl/Plastic/Tin/Metal sheds are permitted on your site, and only in certain areas.

I acknowledge that any and all construction performed on my site is my responsibility to obtain any necessary permits required from the town on my own accord after Lazy Rock management approves the concept.

I acknowledge that a building permit is required for any deck that is raised off the ground and is over 10 sq.m / 108 sq.ft

I acknowledge that I will need to complete a Project Request Form that must be signed back by Lazy Rock management prior to starting any construction on my seasonal site.

I further understand that any construction I perform without authorization or proper permits will be removed at my expense.
