Fee updates for the 2027 season:
As part of the gradual phase-out of grandfathered seasonal rates, some guests will see a rate adjustment reflected in their 2027 License of Occupation (LOO). Guests who received an increase for the 2026 season, as well as those already paying the current seasonal rate, will see no change this year.
For guests receiving an adjustment for 2027, there will be no further rate adjustment as part of this phase-out for the 2028 season.
Payments may be made at any time through e-transfer or by paying your Square invoice online, in any amount, provided the balance is paid in full by April 1st, 2026.
A friendly reminder: if you are not returning for the 2027 season, your trailer must either be scheduled for removal by October 18th, 2026, or have winter storage fees paid on or before October 1st, 2026, with removal scheduled between April 15th and May 1st, 2027.

LOO changes for the 2027 season:
There have been several updates to the LOO for the 2027 season. Most of these changes were made to improve clarity and readability; however, we have also updated our policy regarding overdue accounts and park purchases. Please take a moment to review the updated LOO in full so you are familiar with any changes that may affect your seasonal account.
Seasonal accounts with invoices that are 30 days or more overdue will be temporarily unable to charge additional park purchases to their account until the outstanding balance has been brought up to date.

Completing your LOO for 2027
You can complete your License of Occupation (LOO) at any time before October 1st 2026. Once your seasonal deposit is paid, the license will be signed by Lazy Rock and emailed back to you.
It is extremely important that we have your correct email address listed under the “Primary Occupant” section of the license form and the form is filled out correctly in full.
This form can be completed using any smart device, (phone, tablet, computer etc) and does not need to be printed unless you want it for your personal records.
