License of Occupation 2026
Hello Campers!
Itβs that time of year again! Weβd like to thank you for being part of the Lazy Rock community and are excited to welcome you back for another season!

Fee updates for the 2026 season:
As part of the gradual phase-out of grandfathered rates, some seasonal guests will see an adjustment in this yearβs License of Occupation (LOO). Guests already paying the current seasonal rate will see no change. For those receiving an increase this year, please be assured there will be no additional adjustment for the 2027 season.
We recognize that pricing changes are never easy, but with these adjustments, our seasonal rates remain below or within comparable market rates in the region. We continue to approach changes carefully, balancing fairness to long-term guests with the sustainability of the park. We appreciate your understanding.
Payments may be made at any time through e-transfer or by paying your Square invoice online, in any amount, provided the balance is paid in full by April 1st, 2026.
A friendly reminder: if you are not returning for the 2026 season, your trailer must either be scheduled for removal by October 19th, 2025 or have winter storage fees paid on or before October 1st, 2025.

LOO changes for the 2025 season:
Seasonals – Park Rules and Regulations βSchedule Aβ
Visitors: The names submitted on the License of Occupation are the only individuals paid to be on your site. If you wish to have more than two (2) visitors at one time, you must request permission in advance by email with a minimum of one (1) weeksβ notice. All visitors must check in at the office, pay the visitor fee (unless charged to your account by request), sign the waiver, and park in overflow parking. Day visitors must leave the park by 10 pm, and overnight visitors must leave by 11 am the next day. Seasonal sites without full-time children may receive, upon request, up to six (6) complimentary visitor passes per season for grandchildren or other minor family members under 18; standard visitor fees apply thereafter. Management reserves the right to limit or deny visitor access during peak periods. Noncompliance will result in a penalty of double the visitor rate, applied to the Primary Family’s account.
Some sections have also been adjusted slightly for clarity and to reduce redundancy. We strongly recommend that you review this document in full, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities.

and beachgoers take priority at the beach area. You’re more than welcome to fish
off the beach docks, but if other guests come down to enjoy the water, please head over to the designated fishing dock or take a break until the beach is clear again. Thanks for helping keep the space fun and fair for everyone!

After further inspection, we realized it was an ermine who had apparently decided to move in with us!

We are not sure if she is related to the previous ermines we had here but we’re glad she’s here and i’m sure she will find all the tasty mousing areas around the park keeping Lazy Rock mice freeish (unless she full, I mean you can only eat so much) If we are lucky, she and her offspring will find the previous accommodations like the Shower House utility room totally accessible for her and her kits. We will make sure we put a few welcome mats out.
